Our terms and conditions apply to your use of our website. This includes our products you may purchase, cookies and our privacy policy PLEASE SEE OUR PRIVACY POLICY PAGE.

 

We are an online business and can ONLY be accessed online only.

 

We may use cookies to improve our services to our customers by storing information every time they visit our site. 

Customers who makes an online  purchase from our website tallmadam.com. Please refer to our PRIVACY POLICY PAGE for more information.

Personal Information: Such as information you provide to us when you open an account with us or purchase as a guest and make an online payment. We may use this information to contact you unless you opt out of the service we provide such as emails and news letters.

 

For subscribers, personal information must be update when necessary, honest and accurate.  We will not be held responsible in any case where a customer gives us information that is incorrect. We also reserve the right to refuse access to your account and may delete it if suspected of fraudulent activity.

 

We also reserve the right to refuse or decline your order for legal reason and where we may have ran out of stock of a particular product which was not accurately listed. This is rare but in cases like this, we will always offer a full refund excluding postage fees where items have to be returned. Please understand that a completion at checkout does not always mean we accept your order.

 

Orders: 

You may make changes to an order ie cancel or change an order prior to it/them completing the payment process. Once your order is placed and paid for , you can cancel and re- order items but cannot change them. We also cannot make changes or take responsibility of your purchase once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

Cancellations:

Customers have a right to cancel an order within 14 days of purchase providing we (TallMadam) receives products in the same condition as we sent them. We will do our best to refund customers but as a small company who will pay a third party to deliver your items, we cannot refund shipping charges paid by you. You can always refer to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges Regulations 2014 to see what your rights are. As an online ONLY business, we cannot accept returns over 14 days from the time of purchase, without a prove of purchase such as an original/copy of receipt, accompanied with  a clear description of the product you had originally ordered. 28 days returns MAY be accepted ( by discretion only)  and under circumstances proven to be beyond your control. We must be satisfied of your reason for return and also agree with you before we can proceed to an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping costs). 

 

Payment:

Complete all fields required by you the customer. In this section you will confirm your method of payment. We are not responsible for how third parties ( payments method used) use your information. 

Products will remain TallMadam’s property until payment is made in full or via an agreed third party credit provider who’s payment method is listed on our site.

 

Delivery and Collection:

We cannot guarantee timescales. Charges and timescale will vary depending on weight of products, address/country and services offered which you can choose from. Please see charges here( we will update this): Delivery will always be sent to the address given at the time of a purchase unless specified by the customer at the time of the order/payment. Please bare in mind that we cannot make changes or take responsibility of your purchase once your order has been dispatched.

We will not be held responsible for any situation where purchased products, for some reason beyond our control, fails to be delivered or gets damaged whilst on it's way to you. However we may use our discretion in some cases.

Before items leave our warehouse, we do our best to make sure we inspect them fully prior to sending them to the customer, this is because we want our customers to be happy with their product/s. This however,  does not mean we don't make mistakes. Cases are different and we endeavour to listen to yours before we make a decision where this situation arises.

 

We will always investigate issues related to delays and non-received items but ONLY when the customer informs us in due course.. We will need a prove of purchase/ receipt showing date and payment method used at the time. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

 

Customers from abroad must be aware that there are legal restrictions such as customs and other regulatory processes applicable to international orders. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

We cannot process your order until we can confirm charges related to an international order. This is because charges will cost more than within the UK. Customers may have to pay additional charges, duty, taxes according to legislation pertaining to their home country. It is customer’s responsibility to adhere, comply with the legalities pertaining to custom controls within the country (outside of England) to which products ordered will be delivered.

We reserve the right to decline, define and refuse to process an order which according to us, cannot be delivered to the customer’s destination.

We accept full refunds on returns within a 14 day period, provided your send your order back with original receipt/ prove of purchase which also shows a date of purchase. Please get in touch with us via email at admin@tallmadam.com if you need to return an item/s. We will send you a printable return slip which will be arranged with one of the couriers we use. This is a free service but only for within the UK. if outside of the UK, customers will have pay and arrange their own returns. 

We have the right to refuse a refund if we suspect that items returned have been damaged to the point were we cannot resell it/them. 

As soon as returns are processed and satisfactory, we will refund (excluding postage) the amount you paid, to the original method of payment.  

We ask that you take reasonable care of our products whilst they are in your care.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to fees and the complications of this process sometimes, we cannot be responsible for returns fees and would ask that international customers take full responsibility for their own international return fees back to us in the UK.
