How can I contact your couriers?
We will send you information about the courier we used to deliver your order and let you know when your order is dispatched to the address you provided. Please check their policy on their website once you have their details to find out how to contact them. it will be your responsibility once your goods have been dispatched. In most cases couriers will contact you the customer if any issues arise but this is totally their responsibility.
Do you provide International delivery?
We can but customers must first contact us before completing an order form, otherwise your order will be voided/cancelled/refused.
We would first have to find out the total weight and price lists from different couriers before we can offer you a final cost of your total order. This is simply because we want to offer you the best prices and most convenient service in order to best fulfil our contract with you once agreed.
